Returns Policy
At Helen & Thomas Manchester, we do our utmost to keep our customers satisfied. However, you may occasionally wish to return a product. This document clearly explains our returns policy.
Conditions for Returns

You may only register a return after you have physically received the item.

Return shipping costs are fully borne by the customer, including any international postage charges.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.

Trying on is permitted, wearing is not.

Ordering multiple sizes with the intention to (partially) return is not permitted.
Return Process

Register your return via info@helenthomasmanchester.com within 30 days of receiving the item.

We will provide you with the return address of our supplier (based in China).

You return the item entirely at your own cost, including any applicable customs or postage fees.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method (track & trace).
Refunds
Once the item has been received at the return address and its condition has been approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 30 days via the original payment method.
Liability

We are not responsible for lost parcels if the tracking shows the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

If an incorrect address was provided, this remains the customer’s responsibility.

Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
